Below are some comments that we have received about our work
Over the last 20 years of working with learning disabilities/difficulties have i come across very few groups/people who encompass so varied skills, abilities that people posses, then utilise them into individual talents. Enabling each person to shine in their own right as a star. This only only happens with your ability and vision to incorporates each cast members physical presence and personality into the script. Outstanding please continue your excellent work. Sue B

‘We began working with Charlotte and Donna in the early part of 2011 and have found the ‘We Are Theatre’ cocktail of fun and professionalism, along with their ‘can do’ attitude, to be a perfect match for the Lightwater Valley special events programme. From swashbuckling pirates and Halloween happenings to festive shenanigans, these guys know their stuff and are immense fun to work with. Lightwater’s events are in safe hands’ . Ashley
@blossomwalker Not forgetting the wonderful and inspirational @wearetheatre #mentorsofdrama
UK Park News Part of their Lightwater Valley Theme Park Review for 'Frightwater Valley' - A fantastic interactive pirate show: “The Haunting of Skeleton Cove” was put together by “We Are Theatre” . The show is based around a special locket, which is about to be stolen by a crew of evil pirates that can only appear once a year at Frightwater Valley. It’s a fantastic production that the young audience found funny, exciting and in some cases terrifying! The costumes and makeup really added to the fantastic story.
Loving these sessions, 'we are theatre' are a fantastic find !! Lynette
You have the unique qualities of bringing out each and every member to their full ability. Long may these sessions continue! Sue
The performance was a fine example of an inclusive approach to education. This work can only result in greater community cohesion through greater understanding and acceptance of and individual’s needs and their contribution to society. Mike
I have been working with children around the world from all walks of life for the better part of 20 years. I believe this has afforded me the perspective to recognize quality facilitators in action. We Are Theatre are quality facilitators that employ a wide range in talent to both engage and motivate members to achieve their creative objectives. David
I thought you have done wonders. It was a pleasure to watch and to see how the children had such a strong sense of teamwork that they prompted each other to go in the right direction on stage or to say the lines when they stumbled. You all deserve medals for the confidence you have instilled in our children. Thank you. Louise,
@LizzieFrances_- you are bloomin' loonies! But the best loonies!

I have Cerebral Palsy which means I have to use a wheelchair and a communication aid as my speech is unclear. - Since meeting 'We are theatre' my life has been transformed from having no friends at all to being accepted into a group of fantastic people who actually speak to me because they WANT to, not because they think they have to. Working with 'We are Theatre' has changed my life through showing me I can be part of something and make a difference to other peoples lives. The workers dedication, passion and belief in everyone who joins, no matter of their ability, naturally brings the best out of everyone and they are very much respected for it in their work Ange
